1100 Club 50th Anniversary
Rally.
11th 12th August 2012 at the
Heritage Motor Centre Gaydon.
This year the 1100 club is celebrating
the fiftieth anniversary of the launch of the BMC 1100, culminating in a
weekend 1100s and 1300s at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon. on the 11th
and 12th August. It will be a big one - people will be coming from
all over the UK, as well as from Europe and even Australia!
The event will take place over two
days, with the Saturday seeing the arrival of the group of 1100s
tackling the gruelling from Lands End
to John O'Groats, the club AGM and a very special dinner in the evening
for which tickets need to be booked. On the Sunday will be concourse
judging and the prize-giving, with auto-jumble and club regalia on sale
all week-end and some special 1100s on display, including the original
cutaway from the Geneva Motor Show.
